Troubleshooting With "Print Spooler"

I found a trouble when I wanted to use my printer in OS.Windows 7.
After I check the internet, I found the solution.
Check this out:

1. First of all, make sure your hardware is fine and the USB cable is OK
2. Go to  C:\windows\System32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3 and then DELETE all the files in there.
3. Go to REGEDIT (you can type in search)
4. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Environments\Windows NT x86\Drivers\Version-3
5. Delete the files in the directory *see the picture below*
6. Go to Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services > Print Spooler and then click START
7. Re-install your driver
